Initial Meeting
Because it’s important for you to be empowered with all the tools available to you, we’ll dive into what new construction financing options you have and which ones will benefit you the most.
Financing
Most lots aren’t even listed for the general public to see so i’ll do the heavy lifting in finding great options & provide you with important information on each lot that could effect the way you live on and enjoy the property.
Lot Search & Due Diligence
The most daunting part of building is typically meeting with builders. You don’t want to feel pressured or taken advantage of. That’s where I come in. I’ll give you my expert opinions on builders, I’ll accompany you to interviews and help you make a decision that feels right for you.
Builder Interviews & Selection
I’ll attend all design meetings with you to be sure you’re getting exactly what you want, you have help making decisions, and you’re staying at the desired budget.
Plan & Spec Selections & Approval
A champagne celebration at the ground breaking is never not fun. Optional of course, but once we reach this stage I’ll step in to help manage communication and timelines between you and the builder to make sure we get to closing day on time!
Breaking Ground
Many selections and many vendors are involved in the construction of a custom home but I’ll be there to help you make decisions that are right for you.
